Cherokee Documentary

We are a group of students of the Language Institute at Georgia Tech . We came here from different countries: South Korea, Spain, Colombia, Taiwan and Venezuela. As the result of our Movie Making Course, we did a class project. It was a film about the Cherokee Indians. We had to research about the Cherokee housing, religion, food, social structure, political situation as well as something about their forced relocation to Oklahoma, called the “Trail of Tears." We were directed by our teacher Roger Drury. We really enjoyed doing this a lot!
