1. Pad Thai noodle
The most famous Thai rice noodle dish: Noodles stir-fried with
shrimp, tender chicken, egg and sprinkles of ground peanut.
Makes 1 serving
Preparation time : about 15 minutes
Cooking time : less than 20 minutes
The ingredients : 1 bowl of rice noodle
1 cup of white vinegar
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoons of sugar
4 pieces of fresh shrimps
5 pieces of chicken
1 Shallot
Some bean sprout
½ Green onion
Whole egg
Some Ground peanut
In a large wok, heat the oil on medium. Add okay noodles, shrimp,
and chicken with water until almost softened but not well done.
Then, put some soy sauce and follow with white vinegar, salt, and
sugar. Wait until the noodles have a light yellow shade. Then,
put the egg, bean sprouts, and green onions. Continue cooking
until all ingredients well done. Finally, sprinkle some ground
peanuts on top, and it is ready to be served.

2. Beef green curry
Sliced beef cooked in spicy, creamy green curry sauce with
zucchini and bamboo shoots.
Makes 1 serving
Preparation time : about 15 minutes
Cooking time : less than 20 minutes
The ingredients : ½ teaspoon of cooked garlic
1 ½ tablespoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
1 cup of creamy green curry
1 cup of coconut milk
a little bit slice bamboo shoot and
¼ of whole zucchini
5 pieces of Green pea
3 pieces of slice fresh long hot pepper
3 pieces of slice fresh red bell pepper
10 fresh basil leaves
In a large wok, heat the oil on medium. Add stir-fried beef to
the creamy green curry sauce and cooked garlic. Then, put some
salt and sugar followed by the sliced bamboo shoot and zucchini.
After that, put the green peas and the long hot pepper and the
red bell pepper. Wait for few minutes, then put in the coconut
milk, and sprinkle some fresh basil leaves on top. At last, it
ready to be served.
