Chef / Owner

 In this Cho Sun Ok, there are many excellent chefs.  Among others there is a excellent person who is chef and owner.  His name is Su-dong Chung.  He began this restaurant 20 years ago.  He has the experience of managing a restaurant in Korea.  He can cook most of the foods which are cooked in this restaurant.  He says proudly that if you try these Korean foods, you can enjoy their peculiar flavor.  Most of all, he recommended the Kal bi, which is a kind of beef.  He hopes that many people, in addition to Koreans, like this food. Except for him, there are few the other cooks at this retaurant.
